"Software" - software located on the Internet at https://league.broker/ designed for Users' interaction with Binance cryptocurrency exchange, ByBit cryptocurrency exchange, and OKX cryptocurrency exchange.
"Website" - the website where the Software is located: https://league.broker/.
"Processing of Personal Data" means any operation or set of operations performed on data, such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, disseminating or otherwise making available, matching or combining, restricting, deleting, or destroying specified data.
"Services" means all services provided by LOTSOFT INC. as part of providing the User with access to the League.Broker Software.
Introduction.
LOTSOFT INC. has an agreement with Sum and Substance L.T.D. (Data Protection Registration Number: 09688671. Address: 30 St. Mary Axe, London, England, EC3A 8BF) for the processing and storage of personal data of League Broker software users, except for the data specified in paragraph 3 of this Privacy Policy. Within the framework of this agreement, Sum and Substance L.T.D. is authorized to store, process, and request personal data from the User in order to comply with legal requirements for personal identification.

LOTSOFT INC. ("LOTSOFT INC." or "we/us/our") collects information about you from various sources to provide you with the Services, protect our legitimate interests, analyze and improve our Services, communicate with you, and fulfill our obligations as required by law and regulatory requirements. What data we collect and how we collect Personal Data.
To the extent permitted by applicable data protection laws, we collect the following data and information (collectively, "Personal Data"): LOTSOFT INC. collects data for the purpose of operating the Website, including chat rooms, message boards, and other community features, and for maintenance purposes:
